Selaction and joining process

The candidates will be chosen based on merit, taking into account their ITI and 10th grade grades.
30% of the marks earned in the relevant trade at ITI and 70% of the marks earned in the 10th board will be weighted.
When there is no requirement for an ITI (such as in the trades of Mate and Blaster), the marks obtained in the 10th Board will be given 100% weight.
When compiling the merit list, the candidate with the greater age will be given preference if two or more candidates have identical marks.
